Job Description:
o Liaison with Site manager, Supervisors and client inspectors for inspection and work progress.
o Customer supplied Material Inspections
o Implementation of QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.
o Maintaining records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment.
o Maintaining the latest revision of all Contract Documents, Drawings, and Client Specifications required for Quality Assurance, Quality Control and inspection.
o Witness procedures, tests and certify the results.
o Provide sufficient feed back to QA Engineer on the day to day quality issues.
o Preparation of Test Pack as per contract requirement and submit to QA engineer for Review.
o Initiate timely corrective action and preventive actions on NCR/CAPARs/customer complaints.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile :
Shall be Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Shall have minimum of 4 years of quality control and inspection experience in construction industries. The experience shall be in soil excavation, earth works, concrete works, block works and structural steel works and building works. Shall be thoroughly familiar with civil construction material.
Minimum of 4 years of quality control and inspection experience in construction industries. The experience shall be in soil excavation, earth works, concrete works, block works and structural steel works and building works. Shall be thoroughly familiar with civil construction material.
Shall be Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
