Is need to appoint candidates (Priority for Kuwaitis) for the below vacancy.
Fleet Superintendent
Qualification:
1, Master Mariner with First Class Certificate of competency, Foreign Going with minimum 3 years command experience,
2, Knowledge of maritime convention like SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and MLC, 3, Knowledge of ISM Code requirements and responsibility of the designated person Ashore (DPA).
4. Knowledge of international ship security and port Facility (ISPS Code) and role of company Security Officer (CSO).
5. To liaise with the Kuwait Government Authorities in Connection with Maritime Legislation and Implementation of Rules and Regulations.
6. Chartering of vessels.
