Keys and Responsibilities :- 1.To Set up HR Policy in line with corporate policy and local labor law 2.To develop compensation and banding policy as per company guidelines and local labor law 3.To ensure hiring plan as per the budget. 4.To ensure hiring plan as per the budget. 5.To ensure all employees status (Visa, Labor office, baladya passport office) are as per local labor law 6.To provide good hygiene working environment to all the employees in a given budget 7.To implement HR related initiatives done at corporate level 8.To streamline leave, payroll, and overtime process 9.To develop and implement administration process/ policy.
Profile:
Skills Required :- Education : Bachelors of Degree Work Experience : 2 - 5 Years in FMCG or food distribution company.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Education
