Key Result Areas : Total – 40% BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: (20 %) Support the business (operational team & principals) through effective demand-driven forecasts, marketing plans, negotiated business development agreements & rationalized product portfolio and inventory planning. Initiate action plans to minimize stock wastage and track departmental deliverables based on pre-agreed business metrics. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS •Sales forecast and marketing plan by deadline •% accuracy in sales forecast •No. of operational KPIs hit •Margin through negotiation CUSTOMER: (20%) Spearhead customer relationship management through constant communication, prompt execution of action plans, symbiotic yet customer centric marketing strategies which reflects in margin protection, budgeted spends and results that reinforces and sustain existing relations with the customer KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS •Satisfaction score achieved •Reduced customer complaints •% increase in customer budgetary spend PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT (10%) Drive department-wide talent and people development initiatives through coaching, mentoring, training, goal setting and performance evaluations in order to foster an environment of continuous learning and improving. Facilitate the promotion of a professional and productive work environment through ethical and value based work practices which motivates people and reinforces a fair and professional culture KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS •No. attending training programs •Employee Satisfaction score •Timely completion of performance reviews •No. of high potential employees identified. PROCESSES: (10%) Implement, monitor and constantly analyze existing work processes/procedures, their business implications and fallouts and propose improvisations which help in meeting the departmental and organizational strategic objectives including customer satisfaction(internal & external), statutory compliance, brand recognition and revenue targets KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS.
Profile: Sales & Marketing Professional with sound experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
