MANAGER - PLANNING COORDINATION
Job Benefits & Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years experience in Planning Coordination with excellent Communication and Technical Writing skills.
Lead in order to carry out the coordination of all planning activities with major project developers / consultants as well as with DEWA internal departments.
Maintaining database of all major projects in Dubai and updating it on regular basis and monitoring the projects on regular basis.
Arranging & attending meetings with major developers and their consultant. Follow-ups on Minutes of Meetings as well as other pending issues with developers / their consultants and different departments within DEWA.
Conduct regular visits to major project sites to assess their progress and status.
Review and streamline the HV NOC applications for major projects.
Preparation of study reports on supplying power to major projects to be presented to Management.
Lead and direct the study and analyze the power requirements of major projects and to assess their impact on DEWA System.
Regulate correspondences between major projects developers/consultants and DE#WA internal departments regarding planning issues.
Providing guidance to major project developers about DEWA requirements including substation plots, corridors etc.
Assist in updating eh system forecast and system master plan with the new development loads in order to identify the system reinforcements and modifications required for a reliable system in short term and long term periods.
Minimum Educational Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Power Engineering
