Job Description : Medical Secretary, Qatar
Do you want to earn a tax free salary while working in one of the warmest climates in the world? My client a top specialist Medical Facility is searching for an experienced Medical Secretary to join their professional team in Doha.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of documents, including education documentation, protocols, policies, procedures, budget and correspondence
• Data management and record keeping using electronic and manual systems when necessary. This will involve the use of existing systems and development of new ones
• Co-ordinate meetings including responsibility of invitations, venue, agenda, recording minutes etc
• Participate in research activities pertinent to the hospital
Requirements:
• Qualifications in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, IT or other relevant credentials.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager or Secretary preferably in a Medical Facility
• Excellent IT abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Arabic and/or French would be an added advantage
