Job Description : Director of Quality Management, Qatar
Our client, a Middle East based sports medicine hospital is looking for a Director of Quality Management to join its dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate has to implement an effective Total Quality Management (TQM) program, to demonstrate continual improvement and ensure that the department complies with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, assign and track case review activities.
• Work on an ongoing basis to develop projects designed to enhance services.
• Identify and lead projects to improve quality, and operational efficiency of care delivery.
• Ensure the delivery of quality services, meet regulatory requirements and standards of accrediting agencies.
• Ensure completion of patient outcome studies which are monitored system-wide with data and companion reports.
Requirements:
• Level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in a healthcare field or equivalent through experience or practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality management processes, risk management processes and safety initiatives in a hospital setting in the GCC.
