We have an opening for a Skilled Technician for the position of “Technical Support Specialist (Workshop Technician)”
Kindly find below the profile required.
Nationality: Any (Preferred Arab)
Experience : Not less than 2 years experience in IT including 1 years experience in a standard helpdesk system.
Preferred Age :22 to 28
Technical Skills:
1.Knowledge in a helpdesk system
2.Preventive Maintenance of Printers, Copiers & Scanners
3.PCB & Chip level troubleshooting & problem solving techniques
4.Hardware & Software troubleshooting & maintenance
5.Knowledge in Microsoft and knowledge in Networks trouble shootings.
Further requirements and/or Restrictions:
Experience of managing the Workshop within a Helpdesk environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Arabic speaking
Major Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust processes to ensure high quality service is provided to both internal and external technical
support. Implement methodologies to improve first call resolution
Design and develop an enhanced reporting structure which ensures the early identification of product faults and ensures
minimum risk to the business.

Maintenance.
Perform regular Preventive Maintenance services for our products as per the organizational needs & requirements.
Train & Coordinate with customers to ensure that support is provided in a consistent manner.
