Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be graduated in business administration or HR management with 5 years of experience in personnel.
Covering all aspects of human resources development, preferably in the field of facility industry.
Candidate should be well versed in written and spoken English.
Lead the corporate training, development efforts to the optimize effectiveness of the company, expatriate human capital.
Plane to coordinate the company management system.
Negotiates and establishes with key policy makers the role of education, training development in the company.
Work closely with the senior management to develop, design and implement high level strategic initiatives with impact on the companys climate, talent management and performance.
