Qualifications
-the candidate should be a postgraduate in HRM with around 5 to 10 years post qualification experience, out of which at least 3 years in a reputed company in the GCC
-the ideal candidate will be one who will be able to implement HR System and processes in line with the Corporate HR policies
-the person should have the ability to implement the PMS across various department in the organization
-He should also take care of the routine HR and administration functions related to Employee records, Visa, Medical, etc.
