Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or equivalent with seven or more years of progressively-responsible related experience in recruitment/training administration.Participates in performing the day-to-day activities of screening resumes, short-listing candidates, scheduling interviews with Directors / Section Heads, issuing offer letters, etc. Assists in conducting negotiations with candidates and discussing all employment formalities and post-acceptance of offers, processing visa, employment contracts and travel-related formalities of new recruits.Prepares new employment contracts in liaison with the legal advisor to ensure that they conform to government regulations and UAE employment / labour laws.Assists in preparing material for new-hire induction / orientation programs. Develops and maintains relevant recruitment databases to capture performance indices including lead time for recruitment, etc. Prepares manpower requirement analyses under the guidance of the Manpower Planning Head.Studies options for sources of recruitment and decides upon the most effective in terms of time, cost and quality of response. Prepares details for recruitment advertisements, whenever required.Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is a must.
