PAYROLL OFFICER
A Multinational Company based in Yemen is looking for a Payroll Officer.
Responsibilities:
1. He is of processing and issuing employee pay cheques, statements of earning, deductions. Computing wages, detections and entering data into computer.
2. Compiling, employee time production, payroll data from the timesheets and other records.
3. Reviewing the timesheets, work charts, wages computation and other informations in order to detect, reconcile the payroll discrepancies.
4. Verifying attendance hours and posting information onto the designated records.
5. Recording employee informations such as exemptions, transfers, resignations in order to maintain and update payroll records.
6. Issuing and adjustments pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
7. Providing informations to employee and manager on payroll matters.
8. Preparing, balancing period end reports and reconcile issued, payroll to bank statements.
9. Compile statistical reports, summaries related to pay and submit to appropriate departments.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor degree in commerce and 3 years of experience in handling the payroll.
Excellent communication skills in English and account related knowledge of computer applications.
