Qualifications
• University Degree with postgraduate qualifications in HRD or HRM.
• 10 years experience in the planning and implementation of competency development, career development and training in a large international establishment, 5 of which should at least be in a senior managerial position.
• Knowledge of relevant systems and processes.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
• Understanding of Borouge and its businesses.
• Organizational development, facilitation skills.
• Strategic HR with in-depth knowledge of succession and manpower planning.
• Training design, analysis and process.
• Knowledge of HRIS Talent Management System.
• Excellent in spoken and written English.
• Consulting and coaching ability.
• Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Systems orientation in planning.
• Competence in relevant systems / tools.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Act as a change agent.
