Job description
My client is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Policy Development to join a small group within the Human Resources Department dealing with all aspects of HR policy development, compensation and benefits for the Company which has a multinational workforce of over 3,000 employees.
The position is a senior one and candidates should have at least five years’ HR experience in major industrial organisations. This should include at least three years in the formulation and maintenance of policies and procedures for local and expatriate compensation and benefits. Previous experience as an expatriate would be an advantage.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the communication skills required to produce and present detailed reports and recommendations, and the drive to see these through to implementation. To be effective in this position, the successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach and the interpersonal skills to relate to other sections of the HR Department.
Candidates should be educated to degree level and should preferably be full members of CIPD.
