Job description
Oversee and control the GM Office activities on a daily basis to provide a complete administrative service to the General Manager and keep the office in a pristine condition as befitting the status of the GM and high-level visitors. Manage the General Manager's agenda through taking and uodating appointments as necessary, contacting concerned parties, overseeing the organization of travel, and keping a log of and reminding the GM about important activities to be undertaken to ensure the optimisation and best utilisation of the GM's time.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ).
Oversee and control the General Manager's Office activities including the provision of a full executive administrative assistance and diary service ensuring that office visitors and disnitaries are welcomed and treated appropriately and that the office surroundings are well kept and maintained.
