The reputed client is interested in hiring a Facilities Management Officer. He will report into the director operations and interface to service and provide maintenances of the facility. He will be the primary contact for all the maintenance, emergency procedures, and space audits for optimum utilization of the same. End to end responsibility of alternate hotel accommodation and compliance to financial targets. He will take responsibility of quality in service, cleanliness in the premises and liaison with external service providers/vendors. Health and safety of the inmates within the facility is an added must to be ensured.
Skills:
A definite requirement of a UAE national is a must. The candidate should also have a bachelors degree in construction management or other closely related graduation degrees. A valid UAE driving license is a definite must and a pleasant personality combined with 3 – 5 years in the building and construction industry is needed. The candidate is expected to have an in depth knowledge on building materials, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire systems, stand by emergency power, water treatment systems and preventive measures and programmes. Perform and conduct supervisory and safety checks at regular intervals and an ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and designs.
