A leading construction company in Doha,Qatar is looking for an experienced and qualified Construction Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a Civil Engineering Degree from an accredited University.
> Civil Commercial of Industrial construction experience of at least 15 years is needed.
> Experience should include direct experience supervising major construction projects.�
> Should possess applicable professional memberships and certifications.�
> Able to work to project deadlines and within budget targets.�
> Familiar with safety procedures and to endeavor to see that these are observed.
> Should possess sound knowledge of Engineering Design and Construction Codes.�
> Good knowledge of budgets and costing of project.�
> Need excellent communication and writing stilts.�
> Problem solving and troubleshooting skill are essential.�
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Reporting to the Project Manager or Projects Director.�
> Day-to-day running of Construction Sites.
> Liaising with all departments in reference to the construction side of the project.�
> Quality assurance procedures.
> Ensure that compliance with the clients specifications.�
> Attend meetings with Client’s representative, subcontractors and Project Managers.�
> holding weekly safety meetings.�
> Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management.
