Leading Trading and Transportation companies based in Al Khobar are looking out for a Bilingual Secretary for their corporate office:
Tasks:
· General Reception Duties; Answering calls in a professional manner to ensure a high level of Customer Service at all times; Directing callers to appropriate parties and welcoming guests ; Ensuring that the reception area is kept in a neat and tidy order.
· Daily email/mail processing.
· Bilingual fast typing.
· Managing the communications.
· Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills:
· University Degree preferably in Business Administration.
· Valid Saudi Driving License.
· Good organization Skill.
· Proficiency in Arabic and English.
· Superior computer skills.
· Phone etiquette, time-management and well organized personality.
