REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a University Degree holder in Sciences/Engineering.
> Work experience of 7 years in drilling is needed.
> Minimum 3 years of experience should be in cement engineering.
> Excellent communication skills in English is needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Solve disputes or misunderstanding of the contract terms and conditions.
> Update the cementing manual with the best practices.
> Follow up with the implementation and reporting of the KPI.
> Capture the lessons learned and present it to the drilling division.
> Fill up DIMS requirement and generate performance and NPT reports.
> Assist the CESL to prepare annual cementing budget and monitor expenditure.
> Implement the best practices, including the lab testing procedure and conditions.
> Work within the cementing section in Drilling Division as a focal point for quality and studies.
> Assist the implementation of the cementing contracts.
