Our client a market leading Investment Bank in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior Private Equity individual to be based in Riyadh and focus on their new SHARJAH compliant growth capital fund of $500m USD.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential local and foreign partners.

• Lead financial/capital structuring and valuation work.

• Lead development of chosen opportunities to successful exit.

• Manage/support value addition in post investment activities of corporate investments.

• Proactively identify potential investment/acquisition opportunities in line with the Fund's Strategy.

 Requirements:

• Private Equity experience preferably from a market leading PE firm in MENA.

• Investment banking experience preferably from a Tier One US or European Bank.

• University degree in banking and finance, ideally professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, CMA.
