JOB SUMMARY:
• Monitors the business activities of the organization through the maintenance and control of financial records. Performs advanced accounting functions in the management of the organization's business affairs.
• Prepares integrated financial and statistical reports, statements, projections, and recommendations that may have long-term impact on funding for the organization. Supervises the activities of staff within a business unit, as appropriate to the position.
• Analyzes financial data to maintain accurate records of accounts and expenditures.
Education Requirements:
• University degree in Financial Accountancy. Post university qualification / professional accounting affiliation will be an advantage.
Work Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in a constructioncompany as Financial Manager.
• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Good communication skills for working with staff of varying nationalities.
• Experience in financial and statutory accounts and the recording of supporting financial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office suite of products, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Oracle financial modules is an advantage.
General Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible of the financial management such as business planning, budgeting, cash management, billing and bookkeeping.
• Ensuring that the accounting policies and procedures are implemented and in compliance with the overall company policies.
• Responsible for providing full commentary reports and analysis of company's financial budget and forecast.
• Providing management with Monthly, quarterly & Annual Financial data needed to make managerial decisions.
• Responsible to deal with banks and insurance companies.
• Preparation of budgets and participate along with the management for the quarterly budget review
meetings.
• Financial advice on business structure, plans and operations.
Should have valid transferable iqama.
Should have completed with current sponsor 2 years for iqama transfer purpose as per the new labour law,
