REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a BE degree in Civil Engineering.
> Work experience of 5 to 6 years in building construction is needed.
> Should possess Gulf experience of minimum 2 to 3 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Trouble shooting all maintenance related problems with the help of company's maintenance team.
> Handling of new projects and other maintenance related projects independently.
> Planning, Estimating, Scheduling and monitoring the construction activities.
> Finalization of quotations with detailed negotiation with prior approvals.
> Handling regular civil maintenance and related works of company owned property.
> Inviting quotation from various vendors/suppliers for miscellaneous civil works.
> Liaising with various internal departments & external authorities such as Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers, Government authorities for seamless operations and timely completion of the project.
