Qualifications
• Manage all financial mailers and establish financial objectives, policies, programs and practices which ensure a continuous sound financial structure.
• Establish, coordinate and administer an adequate plan for the control of operations including, profit planning, revenues forecasts, expense budgets and cost standards
• Prepare and develop reliable processes for forecasting working capital needs and cash flow projections and manage the cash-flow position, Responsibility includes establishment of purchasing policies and schedules for the payment of bills and financial obligations
• Develop, implement, interpret, and coordinate the application of finance, accounting, billing, and audit procedures
• Design, establish, and maintain a departmental structure of staffing to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectives. Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution
• Supervise directly employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting duties
• Oversee the department to ensure that financial information produced is accurate, timely, and supports management functions
Candidates must have as a minimum the following experience:
• MBA, CPA, CIMA, CMA or comparable advanced degree required
• Analytical, strong working knowledge of financial controlling, financial planning & corporate finance
• Strong analytical computer skills using MS Office and integrated ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Middle East finance and banking procedures
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience at a senior level) executive level in a large d diversified organization preferably with a manufacturing background
• Outstanding organizational skills that include being pro-active and visionary, embracing the philosophy of continuous improvement through networking with peers and customers in the industry
