CIVIL ENGINEER
+ Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with Minimum 7 years experience in similar field.
+ Has good computer skills and well experience in Auto-Cad.
+ Shall be fluent both in written and spoken English
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN BRIEF
+ Receives instructions from & works under the supervision and According to instructions of management.
+ Coordinates with consultants & ensures that contractors are performing according to contractual obligations.
+ Acts as civil engineer in the design of commercial, light industrial, Institutional, and residential facilities such as office buildings and employee accommodations
+ coordinate the development of materials take-off and cost estimates for the work as applicable and needed with cost engineer! Quantity surveyor.
+ Assists other engineers as and when required to provide technical support during construction phase, including assisting to resolve site construction issues.
+ Perform site visits as needed to ensure work is being accomplished as planned.
+ Interface with the authorities for any requirements within and outside, for requirements and updates accordingly.
+ Ensure compliance with approved design standards to provide Quality design, safety, and constructability.
+ Should have good knowledge of labour and material market in eastern province.
