HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The Role:
• Reporting to the General Manager. Will lead the Human Resources Department and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures.
• Lead, motivate and manage a team for the HR Department to achieve ambitious targets for a fast-growing company. Key role in a major change program.
The Qualifications:
• Graduate with HR Management related degree. A minimum of 10 years experience in HR function, preferably in related industries. In- depth knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements (employment,
social insurance and health & safety legislations). Preferably have experience and knowledge of working in SAP HR module.
• Decision making at strategic and operational levels, well-developed leadership skills, strong communication skills, and ability to operate effectively at all levels within the business. Adaptable and able to manage
change. Fluency in English.
