A telecommunications firm in Bahrain is looking for an IT Helpdesk and Support Executive to join its dynamic team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
> Work experience of minimum 3 to 5 years with a focus on desktop/helpdesk support in the telecommunications industry is needed.
> Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
> Work experience of minimum 3 to 5 years with a focus on desktop/helpdesk support in the telecommunications industry is needed.
> Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the GCC.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Maintain a robust IT helpdesk and support service for customers in Bahrain as well as offer electronic troubleshooting advice.
> Research best industry practices in desktop and helpdesk operations, systems and technology.
> Liaise with vendors providing first line support for desktop IT and enterprise network.
> Ensure that applications and network are accessible to all users and are operational at all times.
> Conduct routine maintenance processes and handle spontaneous malfunctions as required.
> Ensure all security infrastructure is in place and functional.
