JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants must possess Degree.
> Preference to applicants with Degree in Electronics or Diploma in Marketing from a renowned institution.
> Sales and marketing experience of 10 to 15 years in a related industry is needed.
> Minimum 3 years of experience should be as Head of Sales.
> Ability to motivate and enthuse others.
> Experience in the UAE / GCC would be strongly preferred.
> Leadership and team management skills are needed.
> Need effective interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
> Strong selling skills are a prerequisite.
> Need good communication skills in English.
> Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Delivering sales and revenue growth and meeting gross margin targets for the consumer electronics.
> Managing the sales operations of the core business in the GCC.
> Overseas export markets through company showrooms, overseas branches, dealers, distributors and direct sales.
> Formulating strategies and plans for the development of new markets and segments.
> Overseeing the smooth implementation of strategies and plans through effective management of the sales department staff.
