Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Restaurant. * The Restaurant manager is to provide excellent customer service * Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation procedures are followed * The Restaurant manager develops the department budget and monitor performance * Train, motivate and develop staff * Control inventory and maximise sales.
Profile:
* Good spoken and written English * 5-8 years restaurant management, hotel management experience * Excellent communication skills * Ability to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent goals and deadlines.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Hotel Management ( Hotel Management ) , Diploma ( Hotel Management )
