Qualifications
1. Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent CPA
2. Minimum 10 years of hands on experience in finance or accounting with at least 5 years of financial leadership, experience for an IT Services and Solutions Company including valuation techniques, mergers and acquisitions
3. ERP experience including Microsoft ERP
4. Expert in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use Excellent analytical, relationship building and leadership skills
