Job Description:
1. Assist the Supply Chain operations of the Department.
2. Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers based on requirements.
3. Follow-up of deliveries with Suppliers.
4. Assist in forecasting and supply planning exercise
5. Coordinate all freight, transportation & warehouse process and a unification of
distribution.
6. Track shipments at all the levels and advise status to customers
7. Track and ensure payment to suppliers and service providers
8. Coordinating with Warehouses, Logistics & Finance departments.
9. Maintaining proper documentation.
10. Maintaining efficient database on Purchases and preparing required reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate with 2-4 years similar experience.
2. Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
3. Ability to interact independently when required with International Suppliers.
4. Knowledge of Bank Procedures – LC, CAD and Import/Export Procedures would be an advantage
5. Must be very good with numbers and have ability to collate data from various sources for
reporting and analysis.
6. Excellent computer skills. Proficient in MS Office suite – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS
Power Point etc. Knowledge of ERP.
7. Good business sense with strategic and analytical thinking
8. Must be well organized
9. Age below 30 years.
