Implementation of International Best Practices.
Maximize employee and organizational effectiveness ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Learning and development strategy is developed, approved and in place.
Design and implement Training and Career Development methodology.
A professional certificate in Training and Development e.g. ASTD or CIPD would be an advantage.
Industrial / manufacturing environment appreciation.
Build, manage and lead the Career Management and Training function which identifies plans, develops and conducts employee learning and development programs.
Also contributes to the development of the PMS system, Career DevelopmentPrograms
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management. A
professional certificate in Training and Development e.g. ASTD or CIPD would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Training and Development methodology.
A professional certificate in Training and Development e.g. ASTD or CIPD would be an advantage.6 to 8 years experience in HR including at least 4 years in Training and Development.
