Qualifications :
* Degree In Commerce I Masters preferred
* 5 years & above Hands on experience in Credit Control Function in GCC countries.
* Strong Communication Skills
* Computer Literate
Must have skills :
* Organize & develop an effective credit control function for the company with the senior management with an aggressive & Pro active approach.
* Establish & obtain from the debtors in writing on the monies owed by the clients to the company as a starting point and thereon regularly following up with the clients on the aver due payments.
* Oversee the monthly dispatch of the outstanding statements to the customers and clearance of all related queries from the customers.
* following up on the outstation collection cheques and L/C proceeds and to avoid delays therein.
* Categories the receivables in terms of their payment history and credit rating and establish a master data base for customers.
* Over see the invoicing and disptach of materials to be clients along with the head of the shipping department and ensure that dispatches corresponds to the order
* Contribute to minimizing risks in the credit sales segment of local and overseas sales.
* establish procedural guidelines for the credit requests for the first time clients.
* Provide the management MIS reports on Target collections vs. Achieved collection, variance reasons, Average collection period.
* Liase with the legal department on the legal cases and liaise with the finance and shipping dpeartment for the day to day operations.
* should have Bahraini drivers License
* Idally Bi Lingual
