Customer Services Representative.
The main purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive & professional customer service support and handle sales orders,
export shipping/logistics matters. This includes handling sales calls, to process orders in an appropriate manner,
communication and coordination with the customers, fully utilizing the computerized business system, supporting the sales
team, preparing documentation for shipments, and dealing with customer complaints and queries.
The successful candidate will:
• Graduate.
• Have previous experience in a Customer facing role, shipping & handling export orders.
• Be computer literate.
• Team player.
• Good communicator.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvement.
• Get things done by developing good working relationships with others and through team working.
• Strong skills in communication, planning, organization and problem solving.
