Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE / SCOPE OF WORK (Summary) Lobby management, telephone pick-ups, account enquiries, receiving & delivery of customer documents and requests. Managing delivery of ATM, Credit Cards, Return Cheques & cheque book to customers. WORK CONTACTS INTERNALLY Supervisor, Colleagues WORK CONTACTS EXTERNALLY Clients / Customers MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES •To ensure optimal customer services by efficient lobby management. •Guide customers to service desks or waiting area. •Ensure neat work area at all times and ensure that all merchandizing materials in the branch is current. •Input ATM / Cheque book applications for existing customers. •Custodian of ATM / Credit card / cheque books and returned cheques for delivery to customers. •Receive inward mails / correspondence & promptly forward it to respective department for processing including receiving/sending mail related to “Retail Products”. Maintain proper records and promptly forward it to respective staff/department. •Ensure all the switch complaints are processed on the date of receipt and route through operations supervisor. •Preparing the necessary customer related letters in english & arabic.

Education: Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
