HR MANAGER
HR MANAGER - LEBANESE. Ref: ADM/2600. Our client based in Doha - Qatar, a leading provider of
industrial solutions is seeking an HR Manager - Lebanese. The ideal candidate will be between 30 -
40 years of age with 5 years experience in a managerial position in the same field. Job
responsibilities: Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including
HR procedures, recruitment and selection policy / practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay
and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation,
culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management).
• Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements
within agreed formats and timescales.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with
the executive team.
• Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirementsfor quality management,
health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies. Responsible for overall
administration functions covering location maintenance, location renovations, utilities maintenance
within budgetary provisions assuring on time delivery. Salary: QR 25,000 + Standard Benefits.
