Applications invited for the post of Senior Project Accountant

One of the largest and most successful property developers in the Gulf are now recruiting for a senior project accountant to join their existing team in Abu Dhabi. 

Educated to degree level in Finance or Accounting and preferably with a Chartered Accountant qualification the successful candidate will have 5 - 7 years experience in a project accounting position with a large real estate developer. The main duties and responsibilities for this role will cash flow management, project job cost accounting, reporting to corporate accounting team, budgetary control, compliance to law and regulations and financial risk. 

The Project Accountant will coordinate with commercial, risk management, project management and general accounting departments to ensure the smooth running of project finances.

Skills:
