Qualification: Engineer with Degree/ Diploma. Having passion for development! innovation! automation. 

Requirements:

• Should have sufficient experience in manufacturing wide range of products in the above manufacturing fields using different techniques. 
• Should have proven track record of developments of various types of pipes & fittings & specials in PVC and HDPE. Should have developed innovative rotational moulded products for wide range of applications.

• Experience in development of GRP & CRC products for gulf market will be an added advantage 
• Product developments/innovations as per the market demand, using available materials, machines and resources, using low cost automation/tools to reduce the production cost, improve quality/service and customer satisfaction Should hove eye for new materials, innovative processes and technology developments. 

• Should have good analytical skills, right judgment and sound commercial sense. Should be able to spot opportunities and scope for improvisations.



• Should have vision, passion to innovate and to commercialize products. 

• Should be an energetic, self motivated individual with excellent communication and professional skills. 

• Preferred age group 40-45 years. Indicative Package : Negotiable
