Civil Engineer Degree.
Minimum of 10 years experience in construction management ( Horizontal & Vertical Projects)
Management Skills
Project management (PMP) certification
Fluent in English language (speaking & writing)
Position Roles & Responsibilities:
Represent the company at all project meetings, negotiations, etc.
Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete the project.
Contact, assess, plan, organize, scheduling and staff key positions.
Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards within company policy. Include safety management/adherence based on best-in-class project management-practice.
Manage design and construction through administrative direction of consultants, contractors and subcontractors to ensure project is developed as planned and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement preventive & corrective measures.
Prepare the tender documents and evaluate technical and commercial bids.
Supervise and manage proactively the total development effort to ensure that the project is designed and constructed in accordance with client brief, design, budget and schedule.
Review all projects specifications and documentations.
Conduct a review for the project design, consulting and contractor contracts.
Review and approve contractor's submittals.
Review and Approve payment certificates.
Prepare weekly / monthly reports for management and clients.
Follow up and Monitor project work progress schedule and prepare all project reports.
Review and approve the Quality Control Program.
Responsibility of all financial aspects of the contracts to protect client’s interests.
Assist, train, and supervise subordinate project engineers.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of consultants and contractors monthly reports and review and approve all reports prepared by consulting and contractors
Perform additional assignments as directed by company executives.
