Applications are invited for the post of Welding/Coating Inspector
Surface preparation and protective coating for underground facilities, piping, equipments, tanks, vessels, Offshore Pipeline system and cross country pipe line. The job involved was cold applied tape wrapping, liquid epoxy coating system as per client requirement and approved quality standard.
Blasting and Painting works for pipeline systems and storage tanks as per relevant to engineering standard, technical data sheet, following specification and painting general specification, visual inspection, recording weather data like wet bulb temperature, dry bulb temperature with appropriate instruments.
Skills
Minimum 5 years experience in welding and coating inspection
Must have welding and coating inspection qualifications and experience of offshore pipelaying, preferably in the Gulf.
Experience of automatic Ultrasonic testing methods is advantageous, but client training will be given.
offshore safety and survival qualifications that is a bonus
Qualfications, CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2, auto UT, ASNT level II in 2 or three of the NDT processes, NACE/PCN coatings.
