SALESPERSON BY A LEADING CONTRACTING COMPANY BASED IN RIYADH
Qualifications
• Contact potential buyers (Procurement & Maintenance Divisions) for the sake of introducing ABCS (Arabian Brokers for Commercial Services) to them and convincing them to include ABCS in the list of potential suppliers who they will invite to quote and bid (by fax, phone and personal contact), Prepare RFQ’ s (Request for Quotes) — Domestic and Overseas.
• Develop knowledge with local suppliers and distributors from whom to obtain price quotes with bust terms, (Price, delivery & Term of payment).
• Develop knowledge to obtain prices from country of origin (Original Manufacturer or Supplier) for the best terms. (Puce, Delivery & payment terms), Evaluate quotes to determine the best offer and renegotiate these terms before quoting the customers.
• Prepare written quotes to prospective customers. Follow tip on the quote with the prospective buyer to determine the result of the quote/bid.
• When customers accept an offer, negotiate with the source who gave you quote, for better price & terms. Alter final negotiation, place order & follow up with supplier & assure timely delivery. When items are ready, arrange for checking, receiving & delivery of the items to customers. Follow up with customers for final payment. Prepare periodic report on the progress of his activities (Sales).
