The market leader in the installation, maintenance and modernization of escalators and elevators is looking to add to their already successful team with roles based in the KSA. Looking for highly focused dynamic and competitive Service Sales professionals for our service division
Job description
• Achieving new Service and Maintenance contract
• Development of existing accounts by ensuring timely and profitable renewal of Annual Maintenance Contract
• Drive the sales function, working closely with the spares team.
• Provide and follow up for spare part quotations. Identify and provide KONE solutions that would increase sales beyond the initial inquiry.
• Respond to customer inquiries for identification, pricing, and delivery of service parts.
• Provide after sales support and backup
• Frequent travel to customer sites to increase and improve customer relations and sales, and to make recommendations for replacement parts
Qualifications
• Ideally experience selling technical products in a consultative manner to both private and public sectors in Gulf markets
• Must have good negotiation skill
• Good communication skills both in Arabic and English
• A confident individual who thrives on challenge and seeks rewards based on achievement.
• Must have bachelor degree preferably with engineering background, and should be computer literate.
