Below 45 years of age with a professional qualification in accountancy.
Minimum 10 years experience as a Finance Manager in a commercial environment of which the last five years should have been at a group level.
Extensive knowledge of information technology and its application in commercial environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experienced in monitoring each of the companies performance against operating budgets.
Capable of designing and implementing finance and related administration policy manuals for adoption and observance by the Group Companies.
Experienced in preparing annual budgets for each company and presenting the same for approval.
Arranges interim and annual audits and ensures auditors are given full assistance to complete the task at hand.
