SALES EXECUTIVE AMS
The selected candidate will be responsible to Implement and monitor commercial and sales strategy while supervising day to day sales related activities of Al Maha Service, to effectively manage designated Corporate Accounts while protecting/maximizing existing revenue streams and exploring new sale avenues
Additionally, the individual needs to ensure Provide effective leadership to Sales & Corporate Account Management team ensuring that unit operates as per set Standard Operating Procedures and Commercial Objectives, to understand and demonstrate at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard and to have positive and passionate attitude towards the Al Maha Service customers and to Qatar Airways Group Service.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 'A' Level or equivalent with 3 years experience in a sales related environment in hospitality/service industry, Previous experience in a junior leadership role preferably within premium hospitality/airline/airport/s.
Formal qualifications sales and related is an advantage, Working knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
High level of leadership skills, administrative, technological ability, to be able to create value, influence others, create needs for service with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Genuine service/people focused attitude and understanding of needs of multi cultural working/operating environment, Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote a positive team environment.
High level of versatility and to be able to adapt many varied needs of the operations/people.
Arabic speaker would be preferred
