The Credentials:
Bachelor's degree or preferable a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Over 15 years experience in Human Resources.
Understanding of GCC laws affecting human resources administration.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be familiar with all aspects of HRM especially HR strategy in the Middle East.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidate with experience at a large multinational company with offices around the world will have a distinct advantage.
