Job Description – Business Process Outsourcing Specialist Key Role Manage, plan, develop and organize end to end outsourcing business, providing operational excellence and drive quality programs to ensure a high level of service delivery and achieve balance scorecard. Evaluate and initiate business process opportunities aligning them to our current core competencies. • Actively be engaged with the Sales to understand growth plan and translate probabilities to assured avenues of business development. • Assist with the development and implementation of a strategic plan in exploration of business opportunities within BPO functionalities in the Middle East • Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the BPO industry and commitment processing business, as practiced in the Subcontinent and Middle East; • Create and implement a training/development program for the operations team on the process implementations and other details; • Manage the BPO development and commit to expansion of services and processes • Coordinate with the operations, sales and domestic processing teams; • Investigate possible addition of offshore services include voice related processes; • Design effective and streamlined workflow for the process; • Work on continuous quality and efficiency improvements; • Assist with the expansion of the business of facilities management, BPO and KPO processing. • This position will be based in Dubai, UAE Responsibilities.
Profile:
Qualifications and Experience • MBA/Master degree preferred; • 4 + years of BPO or customer support management experience in a specialist role • Should have handled BPO Specialist profile for no less than three years in an international BPO; • Knowledge of Process development in BPO and KPO of the subcontinent and/or Middle East. • Excellent computer skills; be able to communicate in a professional manner over the phone and via e-mail;
Education: PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt.
