• Receive and process all suppliers' and consultants' Invoices.
• Prepare and obtain authorisation for purchase orders daily.
• Ensure that goods are received per order and in good condition.
• Obtain authorisation for all credit invoices and data input.
• Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of supplies.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable report for payment
strategy/budgets
• Scrutinise and maintain Sub-Consultants contracts.
• Prepare and obtain authorisation for AP payment vouchers.
• Analyse consultants' time sheets for project cost report.
• Allocate communication charges like telephone, fax, mobile, courier,
printing costs, etc.
• Data input of all above activities into the Sun System.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in accounting
Should have relevant experience.
Creative and able to plan and work independently
Excellent English Language skills.
Supervise workplace activities.
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
