Job description
To act as the main point of contact and ensures that all customers receive the highest level of service at all times.To define and articulate the overall services strategy for ACCOUNT in conjunction with the strategy. To sell core services in conjunction with understanding customer’s business problem(s).To liaise with assigned customers to ensure a good understanding of customer needs and issues.To monitor and ensure that all support activities are carried out to customer’s satisfaction within the time and conditions as specified in the agreement.To identify innovative ways and plan to enhance the services offered to customer are done in an efficient and to an optimum level.To lead Service Account Management Team and manage all services related to Maintenance contracts & Application support with regard to the assigned accounts.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
