Airport Services Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all areas of jurisdiction in the airport in order to ensure an efficient, safe, on time operation maintaining the QR customer service philosophy - "Taking you more personally".
 
Applicant must be a customer advocate, maintaining a high level of customer service delivery by all station personnel while leading the local QR airport team in conjunction with various vendors to meet departmental and corporate goals and objectives. Develop and mentor employees to their fullest potential, maximize operational performance, regulate the changes in operational conditions and pro-actively solving problems, including but not limited to on-time performance, efficiency of check-in and gate operations, develop all functions of station activity within budget constraints and with a strong emphasis on customer service /safety are essential requirements of the job.
