The ideal candidate must be worked�with expatriates and has knowledge of the people that count in the MOI. Have a sound�understanding of diplomatic, political, social environment in Saudi with excellent�contacts within MOI, experience of training ,sound administrative ,strong�communication, leadership , team building , computer skills with the ability to�design, generate and implement strategic concepts. He will report to Project Manager.�
