Job Role and Requirements :
Our client is a globally diversified technology and manufacturing company.
Based in Saudi Arabia, key responsibilities will involve supporting all aspects of HR activities and ensuring they are aligned with the company’s business strategies, preparing & implementing performance management systems, conducting employee orientation programs, providing support towards corporate HR policies & practices, participating in the development of training & development plans, assisting with recruitment & selection and ensuring that corporate programs comply with professional and quality standards.
Applicant sought will be a qualified graduate with 2 to 3 years HR experience involving employee relations, HR operations, benefits & staffing.
Excellent communication skills and exposure having worked within leading international / global corporations will be desirable.
